The Gel-Pro Position Plus™ Cushion provides the most advanced pressure redistribution, therapeutic support and positioning available. Gel-Pro Position Plus™ Cushion allows therapists to offer correct posture, proper spinal alignment, trunk stability and all the pressure redistribution characteristics required for a seating application through proper immersion and envelopment of the bony prominences. The Vyvex III® top cover is a low shear, 4-way stretch urethane which is fluid and stain proof. The bottom cover is a non skid tri-laminate vinyl. Available in low profile design.

Anti-Thrust Cushion
Provides the proper positioning for patients who hyper-extend by thrusting forward. Cushion base and top portion are a high density Medflex® PPF® foam and is offered with a pressure redistribution foam top. Gel can be added for additional pressure redistribution. Zippered cover is a medical grade vinyl, non-skid bottom with safety strap. Optional Vyvex-III multi-stretch cover.

Anti-Thrust Wedge Cushion
Wedge cushions significantly reduce the patient’s ability to hyper-extend out of the wheelchair. The cushion is a high density foam that increases the seat to back angle, just enough to maintain proper sitting posture. This cushion is also available with gel for pressure redistribution and immersion. The standard cover is a gray vinyl, and is also available in black Vyvex®-III multi-stretch top with non-skid bottom and safety straps. All cover materials are anti-microbial and meet California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire retardancy.

Level R Series
Internal rotation of the hips are reduced as well as a positive midline sitting position is achieved with this cushion. The “Level-R” reduces the hammock effect usually found with a wheelchair sling seat. Available in a wedge design to reduce patients from sliding out of the wheelchair. The Med-Flex® PPF® foam core is covered in a fire retardant, anti-microbial black vinyl cover. Safety straps are included All cover materials meet California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire retardancy. Available in 2” to 1” and 3” to 2”.
