FREIGHT POLICY
All prices are F.O.B. Suffern, New York. Orders totaling $1,500 will be shipped freight free with the exception of all mattresses and gel overlays. Cannot be combined with other products. Call for freight quotes. Bed Wedges do not qualify for free shipping

FREIGHT CLAIMS
All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. All claims for shortages or visible damaged must be filed with the carrier.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
All returns must have prior written authorization from Customer Service with a valid RMA#. It will be refused and returned to sender. Returns must be sent prepaid and subject to a 35% restocking fee unless an error in processing is made by Crown.

WARRANTIES
All products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not include negligence or misuse of the product. It is at the discretion of Crown to repair or replace damaged goods. All warranty returns must have prior written authorization from Customer Service with a valid RMA#. The company has the right to modify and improve any product without notification.
